talented, friendly colleagues and high-quality editorial product.

Cons

Major cuts in staffing and benefits. Company no longer contributes anything to retirement, stopped year-end bonuses, offers only high-deductible plan for healthcare.

We're sorry to hear you didn't find your experience at Crain fulfilling. While we did change our retirement plan beginning in 2017, we very much still do have one where employees can set aside pre-tax dollars, and Crain will contribute to employee retirement plans, as well. We did overhaul the bonus program to allow for bonuses based on performance as well. We continuously benchmark ourselves against the marketplace to ensure we're offering benefits and compensation packages that are competitive.
