      Positive work environment with a reasonable amount of job security. There are paths for advancement, and a good work / life balance.

      Cons

      Primarily a media company, Crain is adapting to a difficult, changing industry. Responsibilities can change. Restructuring isn't common, but it happens. Pay is on the low side for comparable titles in other industries.
