Good company to work for

Pros

Decent pay for journalism. Family company that seems to care about employees. It's a business newspaper, so even though it faces some of the same challenges as a daily, it has wealthier readers and feels more financially stable (at least at my publication). The new leadership is younger and trying to innovate.

Cons

It's still a publishing company, so it still faces disruptive forces - who knows where we'll be in 10 years.
