Good, smart people, who understand the big picture Powerful brands that matter in the market Family atmosphere, from the top down

Cons

Late to the game investing in technology. As a result, outdated systems crash often which is frustrating and counter-productive. Improvements being made, but it needs to remain a priority.

Over the last 18 months, Crain has substantially upgraded its network infrastructure providing both wireless and VoIP services in its U.S. based locations. Software upgrades are have being made in audience development, sales management, media production, social media and we are in the process of updating our entire content management system backbone to support our strategic goal of being a nimble, adaptive media company.
