Training is awful. Not to mention they like to come up with reasons to get rid of you.

Company's vision to be both the best service company to work with and more importantly the best company in the industry to work for. Committed.

Cons

Legacy hangover. Struggles of legacy members making the change from commodity based services to more of a value add service organization. Creates counter productive culture.
