Unlimited overtime, they provide milwaukee power tools

Cons

Hot, dirty and dangerous job. On call rotation every 5 weeks. 1 week on, 4 weeks off. Be prepared to drive 2hrs, work 8 hours inside the gates of hell, then drive home 2hrs. If you're on call, prepared to be called in at 11pm after youve already worked 12hrs that day.
