Pros
good people to work with in production but the middle and upper management are the worse people to deal with that I have ever seen.
Cons
worked in engineering for 5 years and recently a new "director" took over for the electronics group and as always he has his favorites and craps on everyone else. unfortunately he really doesn't care about anything besides himself and those few that suck up to him. the ethics in the engineering dept. have gone down the drain also in giving the customers bad data and just letting anything go out the door. now that they are closeing the doors on this place they will be keeping a "call center" open for all the customer complaints that will be coming in from the bad parts that have made it out the door in the past couple years.
