The only pros was hybrid work schedule, but they just took it away, so no pros at all.

Cons

The company is cheap, trying to cut down on everything. The upper senior management doesn't care about their employees, and the current CEO is a psychopath.

- lovely team - gorgeous space

Cons

- There's no growth or career progression in this company - Most of the team are located abroad - CEO expect you to do managerial duty + extra work without a pay raise - Any ideas you have will be disregarded only for the CEO to bring it up months later as their own innovative idea - HR is horrible is not knowledgable about Eid holiday that I wanted to take leave for smh
