Pros

Technology, clean and safe equipment. Convenient location.

Cons

Expensive Health Insurance. Morning supervisor tantrums. HR and upper mgt. don't address concerns in a meaningful way. Burnout and anxiety from excessive OT, supervisor tantrums, and constantly moving around.

Several decent, dedicated coworkers, couple decent supervisors. Safety priority. Neat history.

Cons

Micromanagement by upper leadership, management turnover and churn in general. Archaic policies. Poor scheduling. Site culture has diminished as numbers become the sole (or should I say "soul") focus.

Some good workers there mostly the workers bees.

Cons

They are lost with their new parent company Crane Co. The head does not know where the tail is. No longer innovating since they have to report for everything they do to Management. Death by one billion cuts. If you don't believe this, check out if you see their name in 2021 awards "high-security-print-awards-celebrate-best-in-class-of-2021". You will not find them.
