Friendly and very transparent culture - not a lot of politics. Fast moving , quick decision making. Excellent benefits with great healthcare, 6% 401k match, and profit sharing that paid more than 7 % this year.

Cons

Still blending the cultures of the newer teams passion and energy with the pride and focus of the more tenured workforce.
