It's like upper management is trying to make everyone quit

Pros

Take home cars which are going away. Using the vehicle for personal use which is also going away.

Cons

Company now requiring on call including Saturday & Sunday. Verizon connect which is laughably horrible. Starting pay is so low. I was surprised how quickly I found a better paying job for a much better company.

PTO available at the beginning of the year Technicians, other branch level employees and dispatch team are hard working

Cons

Corporate salaried employees at the top making undercooked decisions that hurt the hard working service techs Too many corporate changes/projects are implemented too early, they need to focus on implementing one thing successfully before moving on to the next project Nothing matters as long as the numbers go up, like most corporations in our capitalistic hellscape

Pros

San Francisco service manager is great and does his best to take care of his team.

Cons

The upper management and corporation as a whole does not care about the people who work here. There is no communication to service managers and below. There is very little to no training on new machines even after you are expected to be fixing those machines. Customers are allowed to harass you for years with no backup or support from upper management.
