With so many old-timers who have been here for more than 20 years, the thinking is very old-fashioned and stagnant, promotion opportunities are virtually non-existent. This is one of the companies that have the most amount of office politics I have known. Basically a contractor for governments (can't compete in commercial business landscape) No stock compensation or annual bonus (occasionally only) to reward employees
