      Pros

      Nice benefits package (though lacking dental), reasonably flexible hours, interesting contracts and projects.

      Cons

      Some members of senior staff are toxic; managers as well as HR ignore it despite multiple complaints from various junior employees, documentation and witnesses.

      Pros

      Great projects, great co-workers, opportunity to develop new business leads and bring in new projects if you wanted. Self-driven, lost of autonomy.

      Cons

      Review process can be swayed by one or two bad experiences with a given project manager. 360 review would be better and more useful.
