      Nice people in a laid-back but professional environment. R&D with dozens of interesting projects and flexible work schedules.

      Cons

      Winter can be cold and snowy so people who don't enjoy snow sports might not like this part of the country

      Pros

      The company culture is second to none. There is a strong focus from management on work / life balance so employees can have time to focus on friends and family and not be a slave to the workplace. The people are great to work with and you can really feel proud of the projects that are being worked on. A+

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of unless you're interested in living in a big city. It's an hour to Manchester, two hours to Boston and an hour and a half to Burlington.

      Lebanon, NH (1 miles away from our office) is consistently rated as a top five best small town to live in. This ranking is based on crime rate, education, access to quality healthcare, unemployment rate and other variables. What we lack in city living, we more than make up in year-round outdoor activities. Thank you for your review.
