      there are some good ppl

      low pay min wage hard to get a pay raise, little opportunity to move up in company, no one rlly know what their job is && what they doin except for 1-2 ppl 2 much ego, work culture is like a gloomy rainy day- rarely see ppl smilin in meetings filthy first floor, construction don't end

      -Everyone here has a wonderful time working very hard, and we all do it because we feel at home and like we are truly helping our clients. -The growth of the company is felt by the employees in that we all benefit from the successes of the company. -Dedicated management sets an example for all employees. -Very fun to be able to interact with the internet and music industry in a way that should excite any young techie with a fondness for music.

      Hard to think of a con at the moment; Create is the real deal.
