      Strong, smart, caring leadership across teams; Huge career potential - can advance quickly and receive growing responsibilities and promotions; Great office space and team events; Company is well funded and has high growth but is profitable; Potential sale/IPO in the future has been discussed which could bring great value for stock options

      Cons

      I see some negative reviews that can occur in a fast-paced growth company but it has invested in bringing on excellent leadership the last 2 years that have made significant improvements in communication, processes and employee development. A growth environment isn't for everyone, and some changes have been made across the company to have the right team to go through its next phase of growth. With that, all companies can continue to improve on keeping employees informed, connected and supported, especially as a global workforce.
