Management so focused on expansion that the forget about the people they’ve already hired. They bleed employees because we are constantly understaffed because of pay that doesn’t match what the job requires and improper training. This place does not have food handling regulations, food touched with bare hands regularly and allergy accommodations are a joke. Overall, company cares more about money than its employees.

High high behaviors and no training to support those behaviors.
Unsafe ratios and client behavior.
Bullying from other RBTS who are a favorite of director or office manager.
Talking badly abt clients and or staff loudly and openly.
Bad pay.
inconsistent daily schedule due to cancellations.
