Pay is decent, but the work-life balance for employees is pretty awful. There are definitely better options out there.
Cons
The culture here is one of the most toxic you will ever see. Management treats employees like tools instead of people, older employees form cliques and bully new hires, and leadership constantly makes decisions that come at the expense of everyone around them.

Bully culture and cliques
Owners billing for hours not actually worked(yes i saw it myself)
High high behaviors and no training to support those behaviors.
Unsafe ratios and client behavior.
Bullying from other RBTS who are a favorite of director or office manager.
Talking badly abt clients and or staff loudly and openly.
Bad pay.
inconsistent daily schedule due to cancellations.
