The collaboration between disciplines and therapy team is amazing. Great work environment.

If patients no show, the clinic isn't paid and the time can't be billed.

Pros

The owners of CCT believe in providing quality ABA services to young children with autism. The focus on child development, learning through play and a team approach make this a fantastic place to work. I look forward to coming to work each day and I truly feel like I make a difference.

Cons

The only downside for me is a long commute from my home.
