Completely incapable of putting out a good game at this point
Pros
Low expectations Easy to coast by if you don't really care about your job Fear of confrontation means you will rarely be called out on your mistakes (I leave it up to you to decide how much these really are pros)
Cons
It all started with far below industry average salaries As a result all the competent people left to work at companies that actually reward them appropriately Today this company is completely incapable of putting out a good game as a result It is a group of blind leading the blind. The projects are in terrible shape and nobody has any plans for how to get them back on track. Even after the layoffs it's still bloated with far too many people who either don't know how to or don't care about doing their jobs properly. As a result not only does it lack the technical expertise to make good decisions, it lacks the cohesion to make any decisions at all and it keeps vacillating between multiple bad options back and forth with nothing ever getting done.
