Good place to get experience but no long term prospects to grow

Pros

Friendly and open culture, good games, nice place to start in the industry

Cons

Outdated technology resulting in time wasting and inefficiency, any improvements inside take forever, people afraid of making decisions, a lot of talking and discussions that don't follow up with anything, high turnover of talent, low salaries in an expensive area to live in

Great place to work with plenty of opportunities to progress within the company

Cons

As with other games companies as we draw closer to a games launch some overtime can be needed to get the game out on time and up to high standards
