Business Outlook
Pros
- Good community - Excellent focus on culture and a lot of staff organised events and clubs - Good starting place for newbies with a culture light on crunch and overtime, especially now the console team is dead.
Cons
- Pay is pretty poor - There is a strong tendency to promote people to leadership positions when they are not ready or inclined to be leads. This hasn't gotten better over time. - They went through a lot of redundancies recently.
