Located in a small town in the middle of nowhere, limited career progression opportunities, not enough training.

Pros

People you work with are very nice, work is great. Ample opportunity to grow and self improve. Great mentors that help you scale well.

Cons

None that I came across. Always found great support from all be it HR, Management or Development Team itself. Work can get monotonous after a few years but you get opportunities to break out of it.
