Pros

Great company with awesome people to work with. Engineering push is very strong for TW and everyone is very passionate about learning new things. SEGA Company benefits are also amazing

Cons

The pay wasn't amazing but are somewhat made up for by benefits

Pros

Amazing feel of community and culture. Lots of people here complaining about Horsham but they obviously haven’t been to other studios where they are even more remote! Horsham is a small town and most people who are here long term live in the area. Pub is always full with CA employees etc, there are great friends to be made. Not everything has to be in London Pay is actually pretty good for programmers, not quite banking level but that’s the industry. Starts of small but ramps up quickly if you get suck in and push for it. Great games and SEGA is willing to invest in the company

Cons

Technical debt is huge for some franchises, but the wheels are starting to turn on this and upper management are taking it seriously. Pay and performance reviews are very meh, very little explanation of why you’re paid what you are unless you really ask
