CA continuously strives to improve its policies. Great progression within the company. A variety of projects. Great job security. I feel that CA really cares about it's employees and their personal & family wellbeing.

Friendly and open culture, good games, nice place to start in the industry

Cons

Outdated technology resulting in time wasting and inefficiency, any improvements inside take forever, people afraid of making decisions, a lot of talking and discussions that don't follow up with anything, high turnover of talent, low salaries in an expensive area to live in
