The story and legacy of 4 immigrant women promoting one vision and passion for education and growth, is long gone. The reality is bitter and it becomes ugly when you see it from close and inside. No respect for women of color,
hardly any women at leadership positions with decision-making authority, no accountability, no work ethics, and managers are probably trained by culture to throw junior staff under the bus when required to cover their poor management. HR is totally dysfunctional and no one can dare to raise anything in confidentiality,
Please do yourself a favor and trust what other people have been writing on these platforms, it's really not worth the time and energy to join and leave.
The leadership has no vision and no interest in staff well-being, morale, and fixing the toxic culture. The problem is not even acknowledged, let aside the conversations around fixing the problems.
