      Pros

      Great work environment and awesome coworkers. Everyone gets along nicely and it's great being part of the team. The work is both challenging and rewarding and there is always new projects that keeps things interesting and push your understanding. Management is easy to get along with and flexible when you need some help.

      Cons

      It does get hectic with rushes and deadlines during certain times of the year. Although throughput has been improved, it needs to be more streamlined to help get product out and delivered. Also, no health insurance benefits.

      Pros

      Quite a bit of creative and technical latitude is allowed in daily tasks, so if you're smart, you can usually find ways to derive modest pleasure from at least some of your work.

      Cons

      Small company issues. No health benefits, retirement, etc. No system of individual reviews, no dedicated human resources person. Employee responsibilities are formally undefined. Employees are just tools of production, rather than members of a team. The company makes promises it frequently does not keep, and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude from management and owners reinforces this negative situation.
