      Pros

      Great employers/employees. It's extremely easy to get a case to fit your schedule. The hours are super negotiable and convenient to cancel if there is an emergency. Emails are constantly being sent to keep you in the know and it's an all around awesome company to work for.

      Cons

      It's a lot of paperwork. It's also a struggle to sometimes get all of the hours in when parents cancel or something happens.

      Pros

      The culture is one that is very warm and friendly. Support staff was very helpful and co-workers were very professional. It was a pleasure to come to work each day.Training was thorough and I felt accepted from the very first day. In addition, management at Creative Health services is top notch.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, as with most non-profits.
