      Pros

      I cannot think of one pro to working here other than collecting a paycheck. it is best to move on as soon as you have a chance.

      Cons

      be prepared to have your career goals shuttered. No support to grow, only to have you as a butt-in-seat contractor serving at the whims of a bloviating CEO

      Pros

      Well managed at the corporate level with a good HR department and headquarters. Very well managed compared to most small to medium sized DC federal contractors.

      Cons

      Pursues a lot of low hanging fruit for government contracting. No overall synergy between different contracts.
