      NO Pros. Except some on India resource are good. But they never tell client that company has back office in Mumbai.

      Cons

      - Top management - Make you work in night shift without telling you during interview - All false promise while joining - You might end you paying from your pocket or for Directors family while on onsite - No Culture - All good if you are ready to adjust as per director family
