      Pros

      Remote working environment is available and that's it.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional leadership and HE team. They don't have budget for resources and want high quality along with experienced candidates to execute the project. Lack of budget kills the project and the leadership is not concerned about the customer and clients. They won't pay you either on timely manner. I wish I could give negative star. Because of all such reasons even after being in the market for 25+ years this organization has not progressed. It's a sinking ship you don't want to board.

      Pros

      -Great base pay -Management is pretty laid back, fair and approachable -Reasonable hours -Overall a great culture. They encourage you to learn and grow in your role. I learned a lot and became better at the job the longer I was there

      Cons

      -I had a limited understanding of what the company did aside from my project -Career trajectory a little unclear, but that is sort of the nature of working at a small-ish government contractor -Having the same name (CITI) as a fortune 500 company makes them seem not legitimate at first impression. And aside from the unfortunate acronym, having the words "information technology" doesn't truly represent the type of work I did. I sometimes worry people will think I was working at an IT support/managed service provider if they look at my resume quickly

      Slower on promoting but provides opportunities for growth and working in new areas Pay is same as other smaller consulting companies
