Children and staff are treated like cattle- moved from one classroom to another with no regards for consistency. Very low moral among the staff members. Obvious "favoritism" from administration to certain staff member. Employees are paid to the minute- if administration asks you to work extra one day, you are sent home early another day that week as not to accumulate any overtime If you fall below 32 hours, you lose your benefits including accumulating sick and vacation time or holiday pay. No reviews or raises. Have to beg for supplies in order to do art projects with the children. Food served to the children is horrendous, sometimes there is not enough, sometimes left overs are reheated.
