Pros

Friendly staff and willingness to help in whatever manner. Bonus opportunities for all employees. Off one hour early every Friday with surprise early office closes throughout the year. Annual fun week and employee appreciation party with opportunities for nice rewards. Good communication with bi-weekly enterprise quick chats. CEO is extremely approachable.

Cons

Could improve community involvement. Floor design is less than ideal.

One extra hour off per week Happy Hours (not always for everyone)

Cons

The management is by far the reason there is incredibly high turnover. It’s toxic and unorganized at best. It’s very much a do as I say not as I do culture. Management is often not on site and has a very loose attendance policy compared to the staff. If you say something that’s not liked you become a target and lies are made up to get you out the door. Nobody can be trusted. No good, hard working employees stay much beyond one year and that says a lot.
