Pros
They do a lot of interviews to really make sure you're a culture fit. Process goes as: 1 phone interview that's 30 minutes, 1 lengthy assignment you get 2 days to complete, 5-6 back to back 30 minute interviews with the team. A decently long interview process with a lot of effort on my end. Everyone was responsive that I was in contact with up until the last interview.
Cons
I concluded the interview process and had to follow up to hear anything back. Didn't get the job and when I asked why, heard nothing back. Very frustrating that they were responsive up until the final (and arguably most important) hour.
