      Pros

      Creator Deck's culture is unmatched and there are plenty of growth opportunities. The CEO is driven and has taken the company to great places in a short period of time. I see myself working here for many many years.

      Pros

      Creator Deck WAS a great company with great leaders but things have changed and it is no longer what it once was. I strongly urge those who are passionate about social media, the creator space, genuine work connections, and a healthy work balance and environment, to look elsewhere.

      Cons

      Unfortunately everything about this company has changed within the past 6 months. Everything you’ve read before then, no longer applies. I met some amazing and like minded people during my time here, only 1% of those people still remain. I do not anticipate them being there much longer, out of the 10-15 employees that are there today. If you can, I strongly recommend looking at other agencies.

      Pros

      The people are truly amazing, the wok experience is unmatched, the clients are all very notable. Also, there are various other perks (phone bill reimbursements, home office reimbursements, etc.)

      Cons

      You'll rarely meet your coworkers in real life, the SaaS tool is constantly a WIP-- so you'll have to pull a lot of manual data, the new CEO makes too many drastic changes in a short time (re-orgs, lay offs, etc.) and has lost the confidence of the employees
