This is hands down the most amazing company I've ever worked for. I started as an intern and recently transitioned into a full-time role which was a great way to be introduced to the company culture, core processes, and industry as a whole. You get the opportunity to work with amazing clients and a team of supportive, inspiring, and diverse individuals who all bring something new to the table. If you are looking for an agency with amazing benefits, leadership that fosters growth, and a supportive team of creatives, then this is the place for you!
Cons
Extensive interview process. I had a phone interview, an assignment to complete with 48 hours, and then 6 interviews back to back which took around 3 hours. Although it is lengthy, the interview process weeds out people who may not fit the company's core values which makes every team member amazing to work with.
