Pros

Can negotiate good salary and OK benefits.

Cons

Worked in one of their federal contracts. Credence completely disregards the humanity behind the employee and had no empathy for employees. Having worked for them as one of the federal contracts closed due to to federal policies, they provided no guidance as employees struggled to understand personal implications. This was true for employees who had recently started as well as for those who had worked for them for multiple years. Communication from Credence during my period of employment was lagging.

Yearly salary was very nice.

Cons

They started with no sick leave. They eventually gave 1 week every year after the agency put pressure on, to give us sick leave.
