      Pros

      I really enjoy working with CAC. The company desires to make work-life a great life for all employees. They care continuously trying to improve with employees in mind. Everyone is friendly and wants to see you succeed. CAC truly is a Great Place to Work! Benefits and compensation are competitive and fair. I am also really impressed the company is open to allowing employees to permanently work from home.

      Cons

      Like with most companies, this can be a challenge because it evolves so quickly - technology. However, the company has made great strides to improve, get better and set employees up for success. I believe a huge part of this is the company previously had few WFH employees while now, most of their force is WFH. Again, though it can be a challenge at times, it's good to see them working to get better.
