Pros

Recently hired new product, marketing and technology leadership talent - C-suite to directors. This combined with new CEO is breathing innovation, urgency and alignment into the organization.

Cons

With such a new leadership team, leaders are highly focused on their own well-being and not focused on their teams as they storm, norm and form. In time, this will likely level out, but for now expect little support from your leaders, fast changing priorities, and constantly changing performance expectations.

Pros

Working from home sometimes per year.

Cons

After working for the company for nine years COVID hit and my husbands sales were down. They let him go by having his manager call him and read a corporate script and connected him with HR who fired him. His phone was shut off within seconds. Being his only form of communication, he could not even contact his children to inform them of the termination. If this is a Fortune 500 company who lists themselves as putting family first and you are considering employment with them I’d run the other way. Burger King and Walmart treat their employees better.

Pros

There are no pro's to working here.

Cons

This team hires people with the promise that they are moving off of a legacy system to new technology. This is a lie they have been telling to people for years. Do not join this team if you are not okay with being stuck using a 40 year old proprietary programming language based off of vb script and an ancient cache database. This team also has one of the most disruptive on call rotations I've ever experienced with multiple pages a day and multiple middle of the night pages a week. They use desktop's instead of laptops, and have a poor work from home policy. The company is also morally bankrupt with a repossession rate of nearly 35%.
