Pros

Work from home with great deal of autonomy and flexibility. They make a substantial investment in your initial training.

Cons

Not well established outside of Northeast and they are unrealistic about their expectations in developing markets.

Pros

They give free popcorn on Friday sometimes it is flavored. We get free coffee, cocoa, tea and sometimes get to play games. They serve lunch once per quarter but the caterer is awful.

Cons

The laid back dress code is nice until you witness someone wearing sweatsuits and hair wraps to work. The people that work here are slobs, the break rooms and bathrooms are always filthy because people do not know how to clean up after themselves. Then people are mad when you do not want to participate in a potluck. I was brought in through a recruiter who made this place sound great. I left a good company thinking I was going somewhere better, boy was I wrong. Looking at the position postings and comparing with similar jobs in other companies, some are $20K less than what you could make somewhere else. Basically this place is great if you do not want to work fast food.

Pros

Christmas Eve off, Christmas day, Off Thanksgiving, Off 4th of July, Off Labor Day, New Years Day, and 1/2 day New years Eve

Cons

The managers pick and choose who they like and if they don't like you they pick on you and try to make you so uncomfortable you quit. HR is not helpful. They have other co-workers training you and different people almost everyday for an entire week and you don't know what personality your getting day to day because some come in rude and some come in smiling. They are not clear on what you will be doing day to day until you get into training they don't give a clear understanding in the interview. The managers are rude and nasty and they look at there employees as tho they are benith them. HR is not honest and integrity is not there either although they promote it every day.
