      The company wants to be the best that they can be and they make serious efforts to do so

      Management. All they know how to do is ask for more car deals and expect you to deliver the growth whether their is a pandemic going on or not. You are just a name on a spreadsheet. Just another greedy public company

      Compensation and benefits, work from home, easy upward mobility, really diverse staff

      Cons

      Incompetent IT staff-there are always technical issues that make it hard to do your job, micromanagement on every level of your job, management is insensitive to staff needs and knowledge gaps, inadequate training, work is draining and exhausting
