Pros

-Health coverage- single competitive rates -Bonus/Commission- decent and competitive compared to other companies -Flexibility and balance around work and family -The company does try to treat their employees fair and host events for them. -competitive benefits package

Cons

Don’t believe the great place to work here cult like atmosphere, this place is the same typical call center like any other. The commission would be great if you can actually receive it, I’m not sure what’s worse, the way the company treats its client base, or the way management treats employees. Everything is micro managed. You are placed in small teams where every little hiccup is counted against you. The flexibility with pto is a curse, if you don’t have it it’s an automatic attendance violation. Every little mistake you make on calls is an attendance violation. They say it’s a great place to work, but really it’s like working in a sweat shop. Calls are automated you are expected to sit in uncomfortable chairs. Your supervisor hounds you to make sure you do make bonus so that they can make bonus. Even if you do make a decent bonus, it’s held for review for ten days. They will sell you a Dream here, like a car salesman would to a person with poor finances. Here is a list of cons as well: -Poor management (most are young and inexperienced) -no true open door policy (chain of command that barely wants to be bothered with issues) -Too much flexibility -No sick personal days or UPTO -No true room for growth (have to basically be a part of the inner circle to grow here) -Loan structure is horrible; customers are definitely being treated unfairly regardless of their credit situation -No professionalism
