      Very competitive on salary.

      Cons

      Sr. Management is entrenched. They solicit feedback, but rarely will act on it if it contradicts what Sr. Management wants. Too much time is spent trying to please upper management.

      Credit Acceptance is known for having a great listening Culture. This company doesn't just say they listen they actually do. You can submit a red tape and go straight to the CEO, Townhalls, CEO roundtables every quarter in each site, management & Human Resources. The values the company lives by are called PRIDE: Positive, Respectful, Insightful, Direct and Earnest. Each Team Member are evaluated every month and knows where they stand with their performance and nothing is a surprise. It's truly a Great Place to Work!!! Highly recommend!!
