Pros

Benefits are great, you do meet some great people, and the money is good...

Cons

Bottom line: it's a predatory lender, and at the end of the day they deserve all the negative feedback they get and all the lawsuits filed against them. They don't care that their business practices are misleading, many associates are ignorant and rude to customers, and they basically make you sell your soul for a vehicle that might blow an engine the minute you drive it off the lot due to sketchy dealer-partners in the indirect-lending game (AKA 22.99% APR).
