      Pros

      I've worked for Credit Acceptance for over a decade and it is truly a great place to work. I'm proud to be part of a team that is changing so many people's lives...from customers to dealers, to every single team member. The pay and benefits are top notch and the people that work here are amazing, which makes coming to work easy and fun. This company is honest, ethical and really cares about our team members.

      Pros

      I love the fact that our leadership team works hard in creating a work/life balance, listening culture and overall great place to work. I have been here almost 16 years and I have enjoyed seeing the progress of how the company has grown. I really feel that I truly make a difference here and that the company values me as an employee.

      Cons

      In some departments it seems like favoritism runs rapid. Some managers tend to hold employees back from getting promotions.

      Pros

      Great company wide events (holiday parties) open to feedback on how to improve systems Great company to work for short period of time. Would not suggest long term.

      Cons

      The company wants you be direct but not too direct with questions and concerns Leaders are just given leadership positions because they have been there for 10 years plus. The recuriting from within process is HORRIBLE. Recuirters have no idea what they are doing or looking for. The company has no interest at all in developing talent from within. Which is why they are losing soooo many good people.
