      great perks. lots of events. management does listen to feedback. make sure that you voice your opinions clearly and professionally to them

      Cons

      There is not room to advance. If you want to move around within the company you would have to move to Detroit.Supervisors are extremely messy and tell your business. Don't trust any sups.

      Great product, great company and unlimited commissions! Plus, I have the best work/life balance of my career.

      That all my friends and former colleagues in other jobs (who are miserable) can't work here too!

      Pros

      Unlike other companies I've worked, the people here care about everyone being successful personally. Upper management listens and implements team member ideas. It is a truly a listening culture with an excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      I don't have a con. Compared to other companies I've worked, Credit Acceptance is truly a Great Place to Work.
