Pros

Remote Decent Compensation Linkedin Learning Benefit 401K matching

Cons

Management very much top heavy Favoritism - some folks who are in the company for long time are valued more and grow up the mgmt ladder at the cost of others by doing office politics although they lack tech skills, empathy, doesn't take care of direct reports. Lack of transparency, your manager can let you go. People advisors are a joke.

Pros

I love working a Credit Acceptance, this truly is a great place to work. The initial interview with James Contreras was remarkable, I felt so comfortable, and his communication was top notch. Upon arriving at the Triangle building for my first day on the job, everyone was and still are so friendly. I wish I would have made this career change many years ago. I love the flexibility. This company lives up to its PRIDE values. My intensions are to stay with Credit Acceptance until retirement.

Cons

The pay is low for coming into the company with many years of experience in the auto lending industry.
