The organization had several challenges. The originations department lacked empathy and compassion towards employees. It seemed that some managers received special privileges due to their tenure, which impacted their ability to effectively manage people. Despite the organization's emphasis on pride values, these values appeared to be more about external image rather than genuine employee wellbeing. I am now in a place where my talents are truly appreciated.

Lack of true leadership from the DOS. This company has a lot of turnover because everyone is being held to the same standards no matter which market that you manage. Life’s not fair, but it’s ridiculous if you think a small town in the south will perform like a big city up north. Reasonable expectations don’t exist and there will continue to be turnover with this company and here’s what they don’t tell you. When you take over the markets, MANY of them haven’t been touched in months. So the dealer has already gone cold to you and then you’ve got more damage control that needs to be done because of the lack of care by both the RVP and DOS.
