      Extremely strong culture. Company is laser-focused on creating a great employee experience by repeatedly soliciting and responding to employee feedback. Remote work is a plus. High standards in terms of business practices and high standards for employee performance.

      Cons

      Company is growing and still working through how to trust and empower new levels of managers (senior leaders still too involved in details).

      Good salary, Generous PTO for new employees.

      Cons

      Consider most of their territory’s temporary jobs. They think every territory should grow like their best markets and fire multiple people every month. Out of touch upper management that forces their “expectations or bust” attitude. Have a bad 6 months here even with tenure and succes and you’ll be looking for a new job.

      Credit Acceptance offers a work environment that values work-life balance, provides competitive pay, and encourages community involvement, which I greatly appreciate. The company's willingness to listen to feedback and implement changes for the betterment of its employees, customers, and the community is truly inspiring.

      Cons

      While the Market Area Manager position is filled with well-educated and highly skilled individuals, there is limited opportunities for career advancement beyond this role. Additionally, despite the company's diverse workforce, there is not a lot of diversity at the director level and above.
