Pros

The work culture is fantastic! The team members are positive, friendly, and helpful, and they truly care about one another. I have never seen a company so focused on creating the best experience for team members and customers alike.

Cons

None that I have seen yet.

Pros

Although I am still in my "honeymoon" phase as a newer employee, CA walks the walk. They are concerned with the wellbeing of both their customers as well as their employees. They not only promote work-life balance, they follow through with it. They have tons of fun, little 'perks' to keep us all happy and engaged. I have never felt so trusted and valued. I am a 100% remote employee but I feel more accepted and like one of the team than I ever have. It's refreshing.

Cons

I am in a different time zone than HQ, but that's a me issue. :)

Credit Acceptance truly cares about their employees! They have great pay and benefits, but they also show it in practically daily employee appreciation, both in big and little ways! It's a wonderful place to work!!

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any cons!
